Edmonds Community College Culinary Arts alumnus Tyler Chamberlin is the chef de cuisine at 35th Street Kitchen + Bar in Fremont. The restaurant, owned by Michelle Citarello, was recently featured in The Seattle Times, At 35th Street Kitchen + Bar, new bar menu complements fine bistro fare, along with a great picture of Tyler holding some yummy-looking sliders.
Tyler came to the college out of Meadowdale High and began working in a local restaurant as he completed his Associate of Technical Arts in Culinary Arts. He said he could see himself going far in the industry — and he is!
