Printmaker Mona T. Smiley-Fairbanks Exhibit at Lynnwood Library Gallery

Mona T. Smiley-Fairbanks, a monotype printmaker, painter and fiber artist is the featured artist at the Lynnwood Library Gallery through November 15.

Smiley-Fairbanks is a Northwest native making monotype prints, acrylic canvases, and most anything that can pose an artistic challenge. She is inspired by Puget Sound, the rushing waters and the fragrant Douglas Firs, her work reflects patterns, colors and endangered species.

She is currently a staff teacher at the new ARTspot in Edmonds.
