Congratulations to Edmonds Community College Horticulture student Stacy Kinsell who received a $750 scholarship from the Mukilteo Way Garden Club and was featured in the Mukilteo Beacon article, "Scholarship winner finds peace among the plants."
Stacy is earning an Ornamental Horticulture Certificate at Edmonds Community College.
